COVID Delays

Health and safety of our employees and customers is always a top priority for Laclede Inc, particularly as we work in the wellness sector. As a result of COVID-19, we have implemented some new protocols to help us navigate this challenging time-with wellness at the forefront of our minds. Additional safety measures have been put into place; including hand sanitizing stations, daily temperature checks, social distancing, mask and glove usage. 

Orders are being processed internally as quickly as possible however, there may be occasional delays in delivery times due to strained services within USPS/UPS. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated tracking link. We ask for your patience and understanding as we try and do what we can to minimize disruption and delays. 

Is the item you want out of stock? Many of our suppliers now have significantly longer processing and delivery times which has lead to a delay in production of some items. Rest assured, we are doing what we can to ensure ample supply of the products you need.
